Sometimes a healthy diet is not enough to maintain healthy hair. The nutrients you eat to get stronger, thicker hair may be allocated to other organs in your body that need those nutrients first. When you’re struggling to grow your hair and increase thickness, hair supplements often help people find the results they want to see. Though your hair is mainly protein, it needs a variety of vitamins to grow. Taking hair supplements can work more efficiently when taken in conjunction with a hair regrowth system.
Here are ingredients to look out for when looking for hair growth supplements:
Biotin
Biotin is a vitamin thought to help your hair and nails stay strong and healthy. Specifically, biotin helps improve the keratin infrastructure within each shaft of hair. It nourishes hair follicles which can make hair thicker and less prone to drying and falling out. Biotin helps your body absorb other nutrients you may be taking for your hair health.
B-Complex Group
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12, and folate are all vitamins within the B-complex group which can help your hair look thicker. They maintain the health of your hair which promotes the growth cycle of your hair.
Vitamin B5
Also known as Pantothenic Acid, B5 can strengthen your hair follicles as well as other cells in your body.
I would like to stay on the Biotin regime. It seems to hel;. Thank you for your articles. Carla Tenret
Is it safe to take all vitamins at once?
Hello, I’m curious to know if I’m doing the right thing?., I take biotin, multivitamins , and B complex for the inside and I wash my hair monthly and condition weekly, I trim when needed and protection my hair mostly, I’ve been natural for five years with two set backs and experience thinning, I can use your products because they make my blood pressure rise, eventho it works, so I do what I’ve mentioned above to try too keep my hair healthy so it will grown. Any suggestion cause I’m only at collarbone length and would like it to be longer.
