I have now completed my second month of using Keranique products. I have faithfully applied theHair Regrowth Treatment twice a day – it has become a habit morning and night to apply the product. In addition, I have continued using the Scalp Stimulating Shampoo, the Volumizing Keratin Conditioner, and the Thickening and Texturizing Mousse every morning.
After having used the Thickening and Texturizing Mousse for a period of time, I have learned that it is best to apply it directly to my hair and use a brush to distribute it evenly. I also find that it works best if I blow dry my hair immediately after applying the product to damp hair – I get the best results (volume) this way. I tried dispensing the product into my hand and then working it through my hair, but this didn’t allow the product to spread as evenly. When applied directly and brushed through, this mousse definitely gives my hair volume and texture without stickiness.
One bottle of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner have lasted me the entire two months (I have short hair). It is not necessary to apply a large amount of either one to get excellent results. A small amount of both goes a long way and do a great job of cleaning my hair and scalp, and also making my hair soft without weighing it down.
I knew when I started using the Hair Regrowth Treatment that it would take at last four months to start seeing significant results. So, today, when I took a close look in the mirror and noticed that there was new hair growing, I couldn’t believe it. I know it is new hair since it is quite short and is darker than the existing hair, which is dyed lighter. I had high hopes that this product would work, but I tried to be patient and not have unrealistic expectations. I can truly say that this is a wonderful outcome. I have used the product only two months, so I believe that this is just the start of my new hair growth. You can bet that I won’t forget to apply the treatment given the results I have seen so far. I can’t wait to see what my results will be after using the product four months.
I continue to be pleased with all the products and how they are working. I would highly recommend this product line. If you have been “on the fence” and wondering if Keranique products are worth a try, my answer would be a definite “yes”.
